Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

We only ship to United States and it’s territories that USPS lets ship via First Class. Some orders may be shipped via UPS. 

How much is shipping?

USPS First Class: $7.50 flat rate

Handgun orders: $10 flat rate

Long gun orders: $15 flat rate

All shipments include tracking

Shipping Lead Times

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. We operate Monday - Friday. We do keep inventory on hand, but due to the nature of our business we cannot stock every item locally, so we do dropship certain orders to decrease lead time. Please note that some manufacturers do not allow their products to be dropshipped, which could lead to an increase in lead time. Therefore we will need to have the product first ship to us, then we will ship it to you or your FFL. These manufactures include, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, Holosun, Glock, Springfield Armory, Trijicon, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Ruger, & Walther. If you ever have questions about inventory or shipping related to your order, please contact us.

FFL/NFA Item Shipping Policy

If you order contains an FFL item such as a firearm, or an NFA item such as a suppressor, STANDARD SHIPPING LEAD TIMES WILL NOT APPLY. FFL Items require verification from a licensed dealer in order to ship. If you order a firearm from us, please have your preferred FFL dealer send us a copy of their FFL license to FFL@3dgunman.com. The sooner we receive the license, the sooner we will be able to ship.

For NFA items, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR DEALER SEND US A COPY OF THEIR FFL AND SOT LICENSE. These can be sent to FFL@3dgunman.com. Each NFA item you order needs to have an approved Form 3 from the ATF before we can ship it to your local dealer. We file the Form 3 once we receive the licenses from your preferred dealer. Form 3 approvals usually take 2-4 weeks depending on ATF processing time. We cannot ship your item until we receive the approved form back.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Customers and/or Users must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any item from 3DGunman LLC.  Customers and/or Users must be of legal age to own any items ordered. Customers and/or Users must be at least 21 years of age if purchasing a handgun or ATF-defined “OTHER” firearm (including, but not limited to, frames, pistol-grip shotguns, and stripped receivers) OR ammunition or ammunition components for use in handguns. 3DGunman LLC may request a copy of your state identification, law enforcement credentials, or a firearm owner identification card (such as a FOID or FID) before shipping your order. Customers and/or Users are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering or using any item from 3DGunman LLC. Customers and/or Users are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in their area. Customers and/or users agree that if they purchase a firearm and do not have proper credentials to own it in their state or if the item is not state complaint they will cover all return shipping cost and return restocking fees. As a buyer, you understand that if you attempt to have a restricted product shipped to these jurisdictions, your order will be shipped without ammunition or magazines.

Credit Card & Billing Policy

You must use your credit/debit card billing address that is on file with your bank when you check out. If your billing address and zip code do not match what your bank has on file, your order will be declined, although your bank may approve the amount of the charge. This can create a situation where the amount of the charge is held by your bank for a short time. We do not control this, nor do we have a way to speed up that process. We do not collect any funds unless the order is approved on our end and you get an email confirmation from us (provided you did not enter your email address incorrectly). Any issues with placing orders such as your card being declines, or billing addresses not being accepted is out of our control and must be taken up with your issuing bank.

ALL FIREARMS PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL DEALER. ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing a firearm from us you agree that should you fail to retrieve the firearm from the FFL dealer it was shipped to, you will NOT dispute the charge and claim that you did not receive the firearm. You further agree that should you fail any required background check in order the complete transfer of the firearm, you will not dispute the charges or demand refund from 3DGunman LLC. In the even that this situation occurs, you will work with your local FFL dealer to determine how to proceed.

Return/Refund Policy

You may contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of receiving the item. If your order is still new, unopened condition you may submit for an RMA to return your item minus a 20% restocking fee.  Any opened and/or used items are not eligible for return. No exceptions. We do not sell used or pre-owned items, all of our inventory is brand new straight from distributors or manufacturers. If you experience any issue with a product you receive from us, please understand that must be taken up with the manufacturer via warranty claim. We are not responsible for product defects. All warranty claims must go through manufacturer.

All Ammunition Sales Are Final. Due to all of our ammunition being shipped direct from our distributors, and several shipping restrictions, we cannot accept any returns on ammunition under any circumstance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please verify you are purchasing the correct ammunition prior to checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order for any reason after placing it or 3DGunman may need to cancel an order for you. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, ordering the wrong item, deciding you no longer want the item, or you failed to provide us with an FFL dealer to ship your item. Cancelled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Keep in mind not every order is eligible for cancellation even if it has not yet shipped. If your order has already been processed through our distributors, we cannot cancel it. Why do we charge a cancellation fee? Because it costs us money to process every single payment, and issue refunds, therefore we essentially lose money on each cancelled order. The fee allows us to operate smoothly and keep our prices competitive without harming the business. 

ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer for pickup in the state the customer resides. There are no returns accepted on any firearms. Any issues you experience with a firearm purchase must be handled through the manufacturer. Please note it is the customers responsibility to make sure that you are complying with your state and local laws regarding legal firearm purchases. 3DGunman is not responsible if you fail background check with your local FFL.
